We manage over 6000 units in over 200 developments situated largely in and around London, Hertfordshire and the home counties as well as regionally in Bristol, Leeds, Birmingham and Gosport.
Our expertise is diverse and includes residential block management, commercial management, large complex developments, estate management, mixed use developments, mixed tenure developments, new build developments, old mansion blocks, complex heating systems, RMC and RTM developments, enfranchisement, complex leases, multi schedule complex service charges, supervising major works projects and developer consultation.
Property management is what we do, but helping our customers is why we do it. It’s about navigating people through the complexity of communal living, being transparent and caring about your home as if it were our own.
We are a property management company that embodies a family ethos and community spirit at our head office, within the developments we manage and the wider industry.
Our directors, brother and sister duo Michael and Shelley Jacobs, exude passion and enthusiasm for the industry and are experts in their respective fields of understanding property and people.
If you are thinking about switching managing agents, please get in touch and we would be happy to discuss your property management needs with no obligation. Our offices in Borehamwood cover London, Hertfordshire & Home Counties.
