MLM awarded management of major development in Leyton, East London close to the former Olympic Park.
MLM are pleased to confirm that they have been awarded the contract to manage Beck Square which comprises a substantial mixed-use development of 300 apartments and several commercial units in the Heart of Leyton in East London. Following a full tender in the market, MLM has been chosen by the RMC, Peabody Trust and the developer Hill Construction to manage this scheme.
MLM’s MD Michael Jacobs said “This is a substantial development and an exciting opportunity for MLM to make a real difference to the lives of all the stakeholders of Beck Square”.
The RMC confirmed “After being completely let down by our previous property management company we knew that we needed to take the tender process very seriously to get a replacement who could handle our development and the mess which had been left in by the previous company.
We interviewed 9 companies but were immediately impressed by MLM. The professionalism, attention to detail on our specific issues, the technology they proposed using and the clear plan they had to resolve our issues and improve the site in the long term made it an easy decision. We look forward to working with them to improve the property management experience for our residents”.
Michael Jacobs added that this was one of several new key developments to enter management since the new year and confirms that that MLM’s brand of quality bespoke management service remains in high demand despite toughening economic climate.
