The active RA members commented that MLM perfectly fitted the brief in the choice of the new Managing Agent with their expertise and in-house Chartered Surveyors able to work with the RA and the Owners to deliver a number of important sets of refurbishments planned for the development in the coming few years.
MLM Head of Property Management Craig Forrest commented that “Darwin Court represents an exciting opportunity for MLM and my team to work with a committed RA to improve the management service delivered to the development and inject MLM’s hands on approach to the delivery of our services. I also believe that we can add value and lower the cost of the service charge, whilst delivering a better service than the property has received for a long time”.
Michael Jacobs MD of MLM added that this property cemented MLM’s prominence in this area of London and is the first of a number of new instructions pending in the NW8, NW1 post codes planned for this year.
