MLM are to manage a new development in Shoreditch, close to Hoxton Square, one of London’s prime property hot spots.
Shoreditch Exchange, is a substantial landmark development recently completed by Regal Land. The scheme comprises 184 apartments, 28 commercial units, and a substantial We Work development together with an onsite gym, cinema, club lounge, and extensive roof terraces with extensive views over the City of London.
This development compliments several others in the local area already under management by MLM.
