MLM Property Management has been appointed to manage 3 new developments bolstering our Midlands and North of England portfolio.
We are grateful to Simarc Property Management Ltd, the management arm of the Wallace Group, which last year purchased Gray’s Inn Holdings Ltd for choosing to favour MLM with these new instructions.
The Wallace Group are now a major residential institutional investment company in the UK and these instructions adds to the growing portfolio under management by MLM for the group.
