David Magar

Experience
2019 saw David celebrating his 30-year anniversary in the property industry. He has extensive experience of asset management, investment and development and has worked with many of the national house builders, housing associations, PLC’s and high net worth individuals. David is one of the founding members of MLM and continues to work on the corporate and asset management side of the business. David specialises in planning, speculative retail, office and car park opportunities, and in particular, has long term experience of all forms of ground rent investments.
Outside of work
David is an avid supporter of Arsenal, travelling and is a James Bond fanatic.
Random Fact
David was a child model having appeared in numerous promotions including being part of a pet food and Smith crisps campaign.
