MLM instructed to manage new Archway landmark Development

MLM have been favoured with instructions to provide service charge advice for developers of Hill House, the centre piece of the redevelopment of the Archway corner site above the Archway Underground Station in North London.When completed, MLM are retained to manage this landmark mixed use development which will comprise a Premier Inn Hotel, a block of PRS apartments from Essential Living, a block of 150 new apartments in the former office tower, and retail to the ground floor set around the main open square forming the entrance to Archway Underground station.Michael Jacobs, MD comments “this is a very exciting opportunity for the team at MLM to get involved with such a landmark scheme from the earliest opportunity.
